Self-improvement & Fitness Coaching

What is Guidance Program? Guidance Program is a self-improvement & fitness coaching program.  This is not a gym membership that will leave you to figure out things for yourself.  This is not even a do it yourself set of videos or an impersonal online fitness program.  Our fitness coaching program is geared towards your personal fitness goals.  We focuses on 4 strategically defined fitness disciplines, which are designed to target both specific areas of your body (e.g. glutes or abs) and specific physiological attributes (e.g. endurance or strength).  You will receive intensive body shaping, muscle toning fitness training.  You will have a face to face coach dedicated to helping you set goals and reach milestones, all while keeping you motivated as you enjoying the support of your friends or family.
