Fitness Background

I have 8 years of military service in the Army Reserves where I served one year in Iraq.  I have taken my time in the military and incorporated that into my training and coaching style.

I have 25 years of experience in martial arts and fitness, with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I am also well versed and experienced in mixed martial arts.  I have personally conducted multiple interactive and educational workshops (e.g. Bullying, Fitness and Self-defense) for families at the Middle School I work for, as well as self-defense for Delta Academy, a girls mentoring group located in the Bronx community.   Since 2012, I have been studying the application of various workouts in order to achieve physical fitness relative to specific individual goals.  During that time, I have also been practicing and developing various practical, yet highly effective, targeted workouts based on four fitness categories.  I am extremely dedicated to sharing my passion for physical fitness with people who want to get in shape and become physically fit. 

My passion for improving upon myself mentally, physically and emotionally has lead me to share that passion with people who want to improve upon themselves as well.  I promise to provide an incredible experience and show you the passion I have for what I do.​
